Children and Mobile!

Isn’t it a routine conversation now a days..that my child is hardly 2 years but he knows how to search his favorite video on YouTube !! My kid is so smart ! AIas! ! !

And I am forced to think, is that the kid who is smart or the mobile?

When we call it smartphones, I have to believe that the mobile is for sure smarter than toddler. Mobile has a very good built in memory, it knows what you surfed before and serves only what you like to see. So the video pop ups are same as what you have seen in a sequence.

Poor baby scrolls and chooses from that.

Forget videos, think of adds of things you surfed on Flipkart/Amazon/Myntra. Doesn’t it display even when you are checking mails/FB or whatever.?!

With smartphones in hand, our toddlers are growing towards less intellectual, social and cognitive development. Beware before handing over this ”Toy” to your wonderful babies.
